Medallion Resources is engaged in the business of acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. Co. has not yet determined whether its properties contain mineral reserves that are economically recoverable. The recoverability of amounts recorded for mineral properties and related deferred costs is dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable mineral reserves, confirmation of Co.'s interest in the properties, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to complete the development, and future profitable production or proceeds from the disposition thereof.
