Nubian Resources is in the process of exploring its mineral properties in the U.S. and is considered to be an exploration company. Co. has not yet determined whether these properties contain mineral deposits that are economically recoverable. The recoverability of amounts shown for mineral properties and related capitalized costs are dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, confirmation of Co.'s interest in the underlying mineral claims, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to complete the development, and future profitable production or proceeds from the disposition thereof.
