The Fund invests at least 80% of its total assets minus liabilities other than the aggregate indebtedness entered into for purposes of leverage in master limited partnerships or limited liability companies that have economic characteristics substantially similar to master limited partnerships (collectively, ?MLPs?) (the ?80% policy?). As of Nov 30 2016, the Fund's total assets were $716,441,359 and total investments were $716,441,359.
