Newrange Gold is an exploration company and is engaged in the identification, acquisition and exploration of precious metal and base metal projects. Co. is in the process of exploring its mineral properties and has not yet determined whether they contain reserves that are economically recoverable. The recoverability of amounts shown for mineral properties is dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, the ability of Co. to obtain the necessary financing to complete their exploration and development, confirmation of Co.'s interest in the underlying claims and leases, and from future profitable production or proceeds from the disposition of the mineral properties.
