Co. holds resource properties in British Columbia, Canada, and has not yet determined whether they contain ore reserves that are economically recoverable. The continued operations of Co. and the recoverability of amounts shown for resource properties, including related deferred exploration costs, is dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, the ability to obtain the necessary financing to complete their exploration and development, and the ability of Co. to generate future profitable production.
