Optimus Group is engaged in the export of used cars. The Trading segment is engaged in the purchase of used cars from auto auction houses and the export to overseas used car dealers. The Logistics segment is engaged in the tranportation of used cars to overseas as a non-vessel operating common carrier. The Service segment is engaged in the maintenance services for vehicle inspection and the sale of used cars, as well as the consumer auto financing in New Zealand. The Inspection segment is engaged in the pre-shipment road safety and biosecurity inspections of used cars, as well as the contract inspections. The segment also provides inspections of imported used cars in New Zealand.
