Pacific Ventures Group, through its subsidiary, Snobar Holdings, Inc. (Snobar Holdings), is the trustor and sole beneficiary of Snobar Trust (Trust). The Trust owns International Production Impex Corporation, which sells alcohol-infused ice cream and ice-pops and holds all of the rights to the liquor licenses to sell such products and trade names SnoBar. Snobar Holdings also owns MAS Global Distributors, Inc., which engages in selling and leasing freezers and providing marketing services. Co.'s subsidiary, Royalty Foods Partners, LLC, provides restaurants customers in Southern California with food and produce and does business under the name of Farmers Outlet and San Diego Farmers Outlet.
