PowerShares FTSE RAFI Developed Markets ex-U.S. Small-Mid Portfolio is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond, generally, to the price and yield (before fees and expenses) of the FTSE RAFI Developed ex U.S. Mid-Small 1500 Index (the "Index"). The Index is designed to track the performance of equities of small- and mid- capitalization companies domiciled in developed markets (excluding the U.S.). As of Oct 31 2013, the Fund's total assets were $98,787,055 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $98,544,084.
