PowerShares Dynamic Consumer Discretionary Sector Portfolio is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks results that correspond to the price and yield performance of the Dynamic Consumer Discretionary Sector Intellidex index. The fund normally invests at least 90% of assets in common stocks that comprise the index. The index consists of approximately 60 U.S. consumer companies. These companies are engaged in the business of providing consumer goods and services that are cyclical in nature, including retail, automotive, leisure and recreation, media and real estate. As of Apr 30 2013, the Fund's total assets were $24,025,945 and its investment portfolio totaled $24,020,415.
