Co.'s operating segments are defined as Grocery, Sweet Treats, International and Knighton Foods (Knighton). The Grocery segment primarily sells savory ambient food products and the Sweet Treats segment sells sweet ambient food products. The International and Knighton segments have been aggregated within the Grocery segment. Co. has an exclusive worldwide license to use the Loyd Grossman name on certain products. Co. also has an exclusive license to use the Cadbury trademark in the U.K. (and a non-exclusive license for use in other specified territories) on a variety of ambient cake products.
