Parmalat and its subsidiaries are organized into a food industry group. Co. operates in 22 countries worldwide divided into five geographic regions: Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa and Australia. Co. has a product portfolio organized into three segments: milk, which includes UHT, pasteurized, condensed, powdered and flavored milk; cream and bechamel; dairy products, which include yogurt, fermented milk, desserts, cheese and butter; as well as fruit beverages, which include fruit juices, nectars and tea. The products in its portfolio are sold under global brands, including Parmalat and Santal; international brands, including Zymil, Vaalia, Omega3 and PhysiCAL; and local brands.
