The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ Internet Index (the "Index"). The Index is designed to track the performance of United States-listed companies engaged in Internet-related businesses and that are listed on one of the United States stock exchanges.
