Perimeter Solutions is a global solutions provider, producing firefighting products and lubricant additives. Co. operates primarily through two business units: Fire Safety and Oil Additives. The Fire Safety business segment consists of the sale of fire retardants and firefighting foams, as well as equipment and services typically provide in conjunction with its retardant and foam products. The Oil Additives business segment produces P2S5 primarily used in the preparation of lubricant additives, including a family of compounds called Zinc Dialkyldithiophosphates, which is considered a component needed in the formulation of engine oils.
