Powershares Dynamic Large Cap Value Portfolio is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before fees and expenses, of the Dynamic Large Cap Value Intellidex. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in common stocks of large companies, and it normally invests at least 90% of assets in common stocks that comprise the Large Cap Value Intellidex. The Fund invests at least 90% of its total assets in the Large Cap Value Intellidex. As of Apr 30 2013, the Fund's total assets were $578,031,429 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $574,892,959.
