Co. designs and provides a solar energy solution, then procure, permit, install, and interconnect the system to the utility grid. Co. provides workmanship warranty on each operational system. Co. has two operating divisions: POWERHOUSE™ and Solar. Co. has entered into third-party manufacturing agreements with suppliers and has begun markets POWERHOUSE™ solar shingles to a network of new home builders and roofers. The Solar Division performs installations of residential and commercial solar systems in the continental United States and in Hawaii.
