Radisson Mining Resources is engaged in the acquisition, advancement and development of precious and base metals assets and mining properties. Co. is in the process of exploring mining properties and has not yet determined whether these properties contain ore reserves that are economically recoverable. The recoverability of amounts shown for mining properties and related deferred exploration expenses and the capacity of Co. to meet its obligations depend upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, the ability of Co. to obtain the necessary financing to complete the development, and future profitable production or proceeds from the disposition thereof.
