Robex Resources is a junior Canadian operations and exploration mining company. In addition to its operational mining activities, Co. holds four exploration permits in the Diangounte property, the Mininko property, the Sanoula property, and the Kamasso property, all located in Mali, West Africa. These permits all demonstrate a geology with a potential for the discovery of gold deposits. The recoverability of amounts shown as mining properties is dependent upon the discovery of recoverable reserves on the economic plan, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to complete the development and future profitable production or proceeds from the disposition.
