ProShares Ultra Health Care ETF (the "Fund") is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times (2x) the daily performance of the Dow Jones U.S. Health Caresm Index. The index measures the performance of the healthcare sector of the U.S. equity market. Component companies include, among others, health care providers, biotechnology companies, medical supplies, advanced medical devices and pharmaceuticals. As of May 31 2013, the Fund's total assets were $73,730,288 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $64,575,493.
