Saputo is engaged in the production, marketing and distribution of dairy products, including cheese, fluid milk, extended shelf-life milk and cream, cultured products, and dairy ingredients. Co. operates through four geographic sectors: the Canada sector which produces, markets and distributes cheeses including mozzarella, cheddar, specialty cheeses, fine cheeses and other cheeses in Canada; the U.S. sector which produces, markets and distributes including mozzarella, American-style cheeses, specialty cheeses and others; the International sector which comprises the Dairy Division (Australia) and the Dairy Division (Argentina); and the Europe sector consists of the Dairy Division (UK).
