Co. has not yet determined the existence of economically recoverable ore reserves. The recoverability of the amounts shown for mineral property interest is dependent upon the existence of economically recoverable ore reserves in its mineral property interest, the ability of Co. to obtain the necessary financing to complete the development and the attainment of profitable production from the properties or from the proceeds of their disposal.
