SandRidge Mississippian Trust I is a statutory trust. Co. holds royalty interests in specified oil and natural gas properties located in the Mississippian formation in Alfalfa, Garfield, Grant and Woods counties in Oklahoma. The royalty interests were conveyed by SandRidge Energy, Inc. (SandRidge) to Co. The royalty interests entitle Co. to receive 90% of the proceeds from the sale of oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGL) production attributable to SandRidge's net revenue interest, and 50% of the proceeds from the sale of oil, natural gas and NGL production attributable to SandRidge's net revenue interest.
