S&P Divid ETF/SPDR Series Trust ( NYSE : SDY )

SPDR S&P Dividend is an open-end investment management company. The Fund seeks to closely match the returns and characteristics of the S&P High Yield Dividend Aristocrats Index (the Index). The Index is designed to measure the performance of the 60 highest dividend yielding S&P Composite 1500 Index constituents that have followed a managed-dividends policy of consistently increasing dividends every year for at least 25 consecutive years. The Fund generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the Index. As of June 30 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $13,542,735,420 and $13,515,502,662, respectively.
