Sino Green Land is a holding company. Through its Chinese subsidiaries, Co. is primarily engaged in the wholesale distribution, marketing and sales of fruits and vegetables at two main wholesale markets in Guangdong Province and North China. Co.'s main products are Fuji apples, emperor bananas and tangerine oranges. Co. is also engaged, to a lesser extent, in the wholesale distribution of a range of vegetables, including tomatoes, cauliflower, cucumber, lettuce, spinach, leek, celery, peppers, Chinese cabbage, carrots, loofah, pumpkin, bitter gourd, white gourd, gherkin and yams. Co. also provides the farming cooperatives with varying degrees of farming, harvesting and marketing services.
