Slam Exploration is engaged, individually and with joint venture partners, in the acquisition, exploration and development of resource mining properties in New Brunswick and Ontario, Canada. Co. has not determined whether these properties contain ore reserves that are economically recoverable. The underlying value of the mineral properties and related deferred costs is dependent on the existence of economically recoverable reserves, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to complete the development, and upon future profitable production.
