Co. owns self storage facilities located in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas and Washington and Ontario, Canada. Co. through its subsidiaries, also serves as the sponsor of Strategic Storage Trust IV, Inc., and Strategic Storage Growth Trust II, Inc. (the Managed REITs), and operates the properties owned by the Managed REITs.
