Shui On Land is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the development of residential, office, retail, entertainment and cultural properties in the Chinese Mainland. It operates within two segments: property development, which is engaged in the development and sale of properties; and property investment, which is engaged in offices and retail shops letting, property management and hotel operations. As of Dec 31 2014, Co. had eight projects, in various stages of development, are all situated in prime locations within the key cities of Shanghai, Chongqing, Wuhan, Dalian and Foshan.
