SPDR Barclays Capital Long Term Corporate Bond is an open-end investment management company. The Fund seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of an index that tracks the long-term (10+ years) sector of the United States investment bond market. The Fund uses a passive management strategy designed to track the price and yield performance of the Barclays Capital U.S. Long Credit Index. As of June 30 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment porfolio totaled $340,383,494 and $335,496,221, respectively.
