The Fund seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index that tracks the performance of small capitalization, exchange-traded U.S. equity securities. In seeking this objective, the Fund uses a sampling strategy. As of June 30 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment porfolio totaled $99,125,429 and $91,967,220, respectively.
