iShares Short-Term National AMT-Free Muni Bond ETF (the ?Fund?) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of investment-grade U.S. municipal bonds with remaining maturities between one month and five years, as represented by the S&P Short Term National AMT-Free Municipal Bond IndexTM (the ?Index?). The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index. As of Feb 28 2015, the Fund's total assets were $897,641,260 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $886,496,215.
