Co. builds and operates cafes owned and operated by Co., and franchises to others the right to own and operate U-Swirl cafes. Co. allows customers a choice in frozen yogurt by providing up to 20 flavors, including tart, traditional and no sugar-added options and up to 70 toppings. Guests serve themselves and pay by the ounce instead of by the cup size. At Feb 28 2015, Co. had 10 company-owned cafes and 238 franchised cafes in 37 different states and 3 foreign countries.
