FlexShares® iBoxx 3 Year Traget Duration Tips Index Fund is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the iBoxx 3-Year Target Duration TIPS Index (the ?Underlying Index?). The Underlying Index reflects the performance of a selection of inflation protected public obligations of the U.S. Treasury, commonly known as ?TIPS,? with a targeted average modified adjusted duration of approximately three years. As of Oct 31 2013, the Fund's total assets were $2,241,548,895 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $1,968,979,734.
