Tectonic Metals is engaged in the identification, acquisition and exploration of mineral properties primarily in the United States and Canada. Co.'s exploration focuses on precious and base metals with an emphasis on gold. Co. has not yet determined whether its exploration and evaluation assets contain ore reserves that are economically recoverable. The recoverability of the amounts shown for exploration and evaluation assets are dependent upon the existence of economically recoverable reserves, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to complete the development of those reserves and upon future profitable production.
