Co.'s three operating segment are the waste energy recovery and air emission control segment where customers finance these projects entirely from their own resources or through Co.'s Thermal-AUD™ system whereby Co. finances the project and leases back the facility to the customer; and the condensate return system solutions segment through its acquisition of Gardner Energy Management Limited on July 1, 2008.
