Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment segment is involved in the manufacture and sale of semiconductor manufacturing precision molds, molding equipment and singulation equipment. Fine Plastic Moldings segment is involved in the manufacture and sale of medical apparatus parts. Laser Processing Equipment segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of laser processing equipment.
