Triumph Apparel is engaged in the designing, manufacturing and marketing of several brands of women's activewear, dancewear and legwear. Danskin®, Zen Sport' from Danskin®, Round-the-Clock®, Freestyle® and Danskin Girl' are Co.'s principal proprietary brands. Co. also manufactures women's legwear under the Ellen Tracy', Givenchy® and Evan Picone® brands pursuant to license agreements. In addition to its branded merchandise, Co. manufactures and markets private label merchandise, principally legwear, for many major retailers, including most full line department stores. Co. operates as two divisions: Danskin Division for activewear and Pennaco for legwear.
