ProShares Ultra Utilities ETF (the "Fund") is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times (2x) the daily performance of the Dow Jones U.S. Utilitiessm Index. The index measures the performance of the utilities sector of the U.S. equity market. Component companies include, among others, electric utilities, gas utilities, multi-utilities and water utilities. As of May 31 2013, the Fund's total assets were $15,107,248 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $13,291,530.
