Universal Tracking Solutions is a provider of Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) asset tracking systems. Co.'s systems are applied to monitor fleets of motor vehicles. Co. produces and services a web-based asset tracking technology primarily designed to track the location, speed, and heading of a customer's motor vehicle in real time. Customers purchase and install Co.'s monitoring device in their motor vehicle. Using integrated GPS and wireless communications technologies, the monitoring device broadcasts data to Co. Customers then uses its web site to monitor and control their motor vehicle containing the device, whether the vehicle is authorized or unauthorized use.
