Abrdn National Municipal Income Fund is a closed-end, diversified investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide income exempt from federal income tax and from state personal income tax, if any, consistent with the preservation of capital. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets in securities the income from which is exempt from federal income tax. As of Mar 31 2017, the Fund had an investment portfolio of $93,339,939 and total assets of $95,092,408.
