The Fund seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of an index that measures the performance of U.S. large- and mid-capitalization stocks with value characteristics and relatively lower valuations, as represented by the MSCI USA Value Weighted Index (the Index). The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index. As of Jul 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $695,082,298 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $694,353,796.
