Victory Battery Metals is a mineral exploration company engaged in the exploration of its British Columbia and Mexico mineral properties. Co. is in the process of exploring and developing its mineral properties and has not yet determined whether those properties contain ore reserves that are economically recoverable. The recoverability of the amounts shown for mineral properties interests is dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to fund property commitments and to complete the exploration and development of the properties and upon achieving future profitable production or proceeds from the disposition thereof.
