VVC Exploration is engaged in the exploration and development of precious metals mineral properties in Canada and Mexico. Co. is in the process of exploration and has not yet determined whether they contain economically recoverable reserves. The recoverability of amounts shown for exploration stage mineral properties is dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable ore reserves in its mineral properties, the ability of Co. to obtain the necessary financing to complete development, maintenance of Co.'s interest in the underlying mineral claims and leases and upon future profitable production from or the proceeds from the disposition of its mineral properties.
