The recoverability of the amounts shown for its unproven mineral interests is dependent upon the existence of economically recoverable reserves, securing and maintaining title and beneficial interest in the property, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to complete the development, and upon future profitable production or proceeds from disposition of the mineral properties.
