Co. has three reportable operating segments which include production and distribution of content business, including production of its own proprietary content, third-party production service work, distribution of proprietary, and third-party content (including digital distribution on YouTube through WildBrainSpark), and licensing royalties from its owned intellectual property and from brands owned by partners; television broadcasting; and representation of internal and third-party brands.
