Waseco Resources is engaged in the business of acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Canada and Indonesia. Co. is in the process of exploring its resource properties and has not yet determined whether these properties contain reserves that are economically recoverable. The recoverability of the carrying value of interest in mineral properties and Co.'s continued existence is dependent upon the preservation of its interest in the underlying properties, the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, the achievement of profitable operations, Co.'s ability to raise additional financing or Co.'s ability to dispose its interests on an advantageous basis.
