Zentek is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of properties for the mining of precious and base metals. Co. is in the process of exploring its resource properties for mineral resources and has not determined whether the properties contain economically recoverable reserves. The recovery of the amounts shown for the exploration and evaluation assets is dependent upon the existence of economically recoverable reserves, confirmation of Co.'s interest in the underlying mineral claims, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to complete the exploration, and upon future profitable production.
