Co. is in the process of exploring its mineral properties and has not yet determined whether these properties contain mineral reserves that are economically recoverable. Co.'s ability to continue as a going concern and the recoverability of the amounts capitalized for mineral properties are dependent upon the ability of Co. to raise additional financing, the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, obtaining future profitable production or proceeds from disposition of Co.'s mineral properties.
