Amarillo Gold is a development stage company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties, primarily in Brazil. Co. is in the process of exploring its resource properties and has not yet determined whether the resource properties contain ore reserves that are economically recoverable. The recoverability of amounts shown for the resource properties and related deferred exploration costs are dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, maintaining Co.'s interest in the underlying mineral claims, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to complete the development and upon future profitable production or proceeds from the disposition thereof.
