Arkanova Energy is a junior producing oil and gas company and is also engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of prospective oil and gas properties. Through its subsidiary, Provident Energy of Montana, LLC, Co. holds all of the leasehold interests comprising the Two Medicine Cut Bank Sand Unit in Pondera and Glacier Counties (the Unit), MT. The Unit covers approx. 9,900 acres and is located at the far southern end of the Cut Bank Field and is part of the Blackfeet Indian Reservation. As of Sep 30 2015, Co. had 3.4 million barrels of proved oil and gas reserves.
