ALD is a service leasing and fleet management group. Under its primary product offering, Full-Service Leasing, Co. purchases vehicles with a view to leasing them to its customers. Co. provides a range of services under both its Full-Service Leasing and Fleet Management products, such as maintenance and repairs, insurance, tyres and replacement vehicles. Co. is engaged in the resale of its used vehicles at the termination of a lease contract, referred to as theUsed Car Sales Result. Co. markets and sells used vehicles at the end of their lease through various channels: dealerships, directly to vehicle users or sales to individual customers via auctions.
