Baru Gold is an Asian-based, Canadian mineral exploration company with gold and copper exploration properties in Indonesia, and uranium exploration properties in Mongolia. Co. is in the process of exploring and developing its mineral properties and has not yet determined whether the mineral properties contain ore reserves that are economically recoverable. The recoverability of the amounts shown for mineral properties and related deferred exploration costs are dependant upon the existence of economically recoverable reserves, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to explore the development of those reserves and upon future profitable production.
